Here's how we get started:
1. Prepare about 400 grams of tofu, cut into small cubes and put in a basin.
2. Cut the shallots into green onions, cut half a green onion into segments, and cut half of the onion into slices.
3. Boil water in a pot, add a spoonful of salt to the bottom flavor, add a little vegetable oil to increase the brightness of the ingredients.
4. After the water boils, add the diced tofu and cook on high heat for one minute.
5. Turn off the heat after one minute, fish out the tofu, and then pour it into a basin of cool water to cool it to avoid sticking to the tofu.
6. Now let's turn on the heat again, boil a little shallot oil, add a spoonful of cooking oil to the pot, add the green onion segments and shredded onion.
7. Fry the onions and shallots until brown and turn off the heat, at which point the shallot oil is ready.
8. We filter it out and pour it into a small basin.
9. Then dry the tofu, add 3 grams of salt, 1 gram of monosodium glutamate, 1 gram of sugar to freshen, add 5 grams of green onion oil, sesame oil
3 g, add 3 g of raw soy sauce.
10. Pour in the chopped green onion, mix well and put it on the plate to serve.
