School bullying is not a "small fight" between children, it is likely to become a "nightmare" that affects their lives. However, minors' reluctance and reluctance to express themselves and the unawareness of parents and people around them have caused school bullying incidents to occur repeatedly. In order to avoid and reduce school violence and bullying, the Yanchi County People's Procuratorate, together with the county public security, the Youth League and County Committee and other departments, carried out a series of activities to investigate school bullying.
"Prevention" - Prevention begins with "seeing"
In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of school bullying incidents and strengthen the prevention and handling of campus bullying incidents, all primary and secondary schools have improved the prevention, handling systems and measures for campus bullying, and established emergency response plans for campus bullying incidents. Relying on the vice president for rule of law, this court uses the campus bullying prevention reporting hotline as the starting point, and jointly publishes personal mobile phone numbers with the school, answers reports from students and parents throughout the day, and promptly handles them based on the content of the reports, so that the campus anti-bullying reporting hotline truly plays a role in preventing campus bullying, punishing implementers, and protecting students' rights and interests.
"Investigation" - clues come from "discovery"
In order to check whether there is school bullying in the student group, the school carefully produces two types of questionnaires, the student version and the parent version, and collects their awareness of campus bullying, whether they have encountered or witnessed school bullying, and the preventive measures that can be taken from the students through the distribution of the questionnaire. Collect information from parents about bullying prevention and whether their children have mentioned their experiences of bullying at school. Through the filling of questionnaires, clues on school bullying are collected, and more parents are encouraged to participate in the prevention of school bullying, and work together to build a safety net to protect minors, and jointly escort the healthy growth of minors. So far, more than 200 questionnaires have been distributed, and no clues related to school bullying have been received.
"Publicity" - Spectators Integrate with "Participation"
In order to further increase the participation of "bystanders" in the prevention of school bullying activities, this court, together with the county party committee of the Youth League and the police station, took advantage of the market day to go to the township to publicize the protection of minors and the prevention of school bullying to the masses through hanging banners and slogans, distributing publicity materials, and carrying out consulting services. During the activity, the procuratorial cadres and police received legal advice from the masses on the spot, and popularized the manifestations and harms of campus bullying to the masses, starting from the recent murder case of junior high school students in Handan, Hebei Province, using the case to explain the law, and educating and guiding the masses to stop it if they find that there are campus bullying incidents around them, not to be "bystanders", and to participate in stopping them in a timely manner. At the same time, it also publicized and explained the prevention of telecommunication network fraud and pension fraud. A total of more than 300 copies of legal publicity materials were distributed in this publicity activity, and more than 10 people received legal advice and legal explanations.
"Education" - Hidden dangers finally "sprout"
Recently, the police officers of this hospital walked into the Mahuangshan Central Primary School to carry out a special lecture on the prevention of school bullying, and sent a vivid and meaningful legal education class to 14 primary school students in the school.
In the classroom, the procuratorial cadres and police made full use of multimedia resources to play the micro-video of "Eight Commandments and Bullying" and the movie "Miracle Boy" to students, so that students can intuitively feel the various behaviors of campus bullying, combined with recent campus bullying cases, and use vivid pictures and easy-to-understand language to explain to students what campus bullying is, the harm of campus bullying, and how to correctly respond and prevent it. Through interactive Q&A, students are guided to master the behavior and coping strategies of school bullying.
After class, the procuratorial cadres and police distributed publicity materials such as the "Law on the Protection of Minors" and the "Handbook for the Safety and Self-Protection of Minors" to the students, and interpreted them in combination with some of the contents of the safety and self-protection of minors, hoping that the students would develop the habit of learning laws and regulations independently from an early age, and then improve their personal self-protection ability and awareness.
The Yanchi County People's Procuratorate will continue to implement the "No. 1 Procuratorial Recommendation", combined with the requirements of the special action of "prosecuting and protecting people's livelihood", strengthen cooperation with public security, youth league committees and other departments, and actively carry out a series of rule of law publicity activities, using the scope of "rule of law" publicity to increase the participation of "people's livelihood", and protect the healthy growth of minors.
