In order to continuously consolidate the safety production governance system and governance capabilities, and effectively improve the safety awareness of all employees, the company continues to promote the "four" safety production rectification activities, further consolidate the responsibilities of all employees, pay close attention to risk investigation, deepen the rectification of hidden dangers, and strictly manage to ensure that the company's safety and environmental protection situation continues to be stable.
Reflect and discuss the cohesion and tighten the chain of responsibility
The company fully implements the requirements of "three pipes and three musts" for safe production, and carries out activities such as warning education on accident incidents and "safety lecture hall" for all employees on a regular basis. According to its own safety production characteristics and safety production risk level, establish a safety production grid guarantee mechanism, so as to achieve full coverage of section-level units by department-level leaders, and full coverage of cadres of organs and section-level units to teams. The leaders of each guarantee went deep into the contracting class station to preach and teach and organize seminars, deeply learn the lessons of the accident, and reflect on the implementation of responsibilities and the implementation of the "three disciplines". Up to now, 1,717 daily safety "five questions" have been carried out, and 153 "door-to-door teaching" have been carried out, helping the grassroots to solve 60 problems, further improving the safety awareness of all employees, and plugging management loopholes.
Pay close attention to the risk and check the problem, and weave a tight protective net
The company pays attention to the transformation of stage results, focuses on the unsafe state of things, unsafe behaviors of people and management defects in response to various problems of "great reflection and discussion", finds out the hidden risks and identifies the management shortcomings. In view of the weak management links and key hidden dangers identified, rectification and improvement measures are formulated to form a list of safety production tasks for each department. At the same time, strengthen the management of the contractor's construction process, and promote the "four complete" and "four checks" to further deepen. Carry out risk identification and hidden danger investigation, inspect a total of 9 section-level units and 233 production sites, and investigate and rectify 115 problems. 19 contractors scored 18 points for safety production, and continued to improve their production risk management and control capabilities.
Deepen rectification and eliminate hidden dangers, and accurately prevent and control accidents
The company carefully sorted out the problems identified in the early stage, and carried out the "big rectification" activities according to the list of safety production tasks. In view of the shortcomings and hidden dangers identified, we should grasp the source, strengthen governance, investigate and reform, and make changes while investigating. When it comes to the "three major and one major" matters, the party committee will study and earnestly implement the "five implementations" of responsibilities, measures, funds, time limits and plans, ensure the closed-loop sales of all kinds of hidden dangers, and promote the safety foundation to be re-consolidated. At the same time, relying on the "four" activities, we will further promote the special treatment of hidden danger wells and prepare plans to promote operation. Strengthen the supervision and management of long-stop wells and high-risk wells, carry out casing wall thickness testing, ensure that risks are controllable and controlled, and effectively improve the level of intrinsic safety.
