This requirement has a strong practical pertinence and practical guidance. It is necessary to transform iron discipline into daily habits and consciously follow, integrate party discipline learning and education into daily life and grasp it regularly, so that party members and cadres can further clarify the measuring yardstick of daily words and deeds in a subtle and imperceptible way, and internalize the discipline requirements in their hearts and externalize them in their actions.
Strengthening discipline education is a basic and regular task for implementing the requirements of comprehensively and strictly administering the party and strengthening the party's discipline building. Long-term effect is important for a long time, and hard work is important for ordinary time. For party members and cadres, the study of party discipline is not only a major political task at present, but also a compulsory and regular course that accompanies them throughout their lives. "For learning is like climbing ten thousand mountains, and if you want to be in the scenery, you should calm down, with no distractions, the party constitution, party rules and party discipline are always recorded, always reviewed, and improved day by day, always examine yourself, check yourself, reflect on yourself, and use the party's discipline to correct your thoughts and actions. At the same time, party organizations at all levels should vigorously guard against formalism in the study and education of party discipline, put an end to the phenomenon of studying for the sake of studying and learning to use "two skins", and guide party members and cadres to engrave the party's discipline rules in their hearts, so as to truly make the process of studying party discipline a process of enhancing the sense of discipline and improving the cultivation of party spirit.
The key to integrating the study and education of party discipline into daily life and grasping it regularly lies in grasping the "key minority" of leading cadres and bringing along the "vast majority" through an exemplary role. Every move, word and deed of leading cadres will invisibly affect the cognition and action of party members and cadres on party discipline study and education. Huang Kecheng, a former executive secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, gave an example in a speech: "During the period when the Red Army was first founded and when it was engaged in underground struggle, the leaders had to take the lead everywhere. Company commanders and platoon commanders do this, battalion commanders and regiment commanders do the same, and division commanders and political commissars do this when the battle is critical. The same is true for carrying out party discipline study and education, not only to speak with mouths, but also to pay attention to practice, and use "silent language" to influence and drive the majority of party members and cadres. With leading cadres taking the lead and setting an example in observing and enforcing discipline, it will naturally produce the effect of "doing what is ordered" and drive the broad masses of party members and cadres to truly enforce discipline and establish rules.
To integrate the study and education of party discipline into daily life and grasp it regularly, it is necessary to actively explore effective ways of propaganda and education in combination with the conditions of the times, enhance its attractiveness and appeal, and truly touch the depths of the souls of party members and cadres. On the one hand, it is necessary to strengthen heuristic education. Innovate ways of expression, work more on what you like to see, communicate and resonate, and prevent one-way indoctrination and two-way interaction from reading from the script, but use more fresh examples to explain the truth deeply and thoroughly. On the other hand, it is necessary to implement precise policies and teach students according to their aptitude. It is necessary to study the "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China" in its original form, chapter by chapter, article by article, study and grasp it attentively, always benchmark against the table, accumulate steps day by day, and do not slack off.
