The high cost of renting and replacing electricity is the main reason for the difficulty in promotion.
In order to solve the problem, Fengpu Street used shared thinking to build a resource sharing channel between the street and Xiaoha and Fengxian Telecom. On the basis of Fengxian Telecom not increasing the citizens' phone bills and network fee packages, the commission part will be refunded to make up for the construction cost of Xiaoha's battery swap, so as to reduce the cost of renting and swapping electricity for citizens.
