The triangular land of the Jiapeng Village Post Station was "squeezed" out because of the twist of the corridor. The turning radius corresponding to this twist suggests a sense of speed. We used a curved surface to echo this sense of speed, while at the same time isolating the energy that travels back and forth on the corridor, creating a relatively quiet atmosphere on the other side of the surface.

The Dali Erhai Ecological Corridor that snakes all the way to the north from Xiaguan all the way, passing through Erbin Village, has been hidden behind the dense forest, and has maintained a considerable distance from Erhai Lake. As it approached the village, it had to avoid the dense houses and turn to an open stretch of shoreline.

The other side of the curved wall should be designed for visitors to stay and rest. I used a café to cut the venue into three sections from north to south. On the north side is a plaza facing the pond and woods, and on the south side is a pocket-shaped sunken courtyard, and the interface of the café is transparent to absorb the scenery on both sides. An eye-shaped opening is left in the middle of the curved wall, which plays a role in communicating the inside and outside of the line of sight.

Looking at the wetland park on the opposite side of the corridor, the whole post station soothefully sits on the ground, forming a medium scene that is neither contested nor strong. It not only limits and encloses the space of the wetland park, but also sets off the outline of the Cangshan Mountain in the distance from the foot of the mountain to the top of the mountain.

The public restrooms and kitchen are located downstairs from the café and are connected to the elevation of the sunken courtyard. In order to weaken the feeling of digging underneath, we raised the floor of the café by almost one meter, so that there is a different elevation difference between the café, the sunken courtyard, the small square on the north side and the corridor.

The top surface of the café is also treated as a downward curved surface, which on the one hand echoes the contours of the walls on both sides, reinforcing the sense of continuity in the north-south direction of the space under the eaves, and at the same time providing sufficient space for the anti-beam of the roof in terms of structure. As a result, these two curved walls hold a sleek curved ceiling, defining the most basic spatial structure of the house.

Adhering to the two curved walls, there are two paths that cross the entire site from north to south. A ramp on the west side gently lifts the ground up to the café, and then up the big staircase on the north side to the small plaza against the wetlands. Approaching from the northeast of the corridor, the curved wall curves open to form an inviting gesture, bringing pedestrians from the corridor naturally into the plaza, and between the east end of the café and the curved wall is a flight of steps leading to the sunken courtyard, as well as arranging the entrance to the public restrooms.
