The People's Government of Dehong Prefecture was requested to convene a video and telephone conference on the safety supervision of the whole chain of electric bicycles in the state to study and deploy the safety supervision of the whole chain of electric bicycles in the state. Promote the Dehong Prefecture Safety Production Committee to issue the "Dehong Prefecture Refinement and Implementation of the Special Rectification Plan for the Safety Supervision of the Whole Chain of Electric Bicycles", and clarify the work responsibilities of nine departments, including fire protection, industry and information technology, housing and construction, electric power, market supervision, and public security traffic management.
The five counties and cities in the state quickly implemented the spirit of the meeting and the requirements of the plan, combined with the actual situation of the jurisdiction, and successively issued documents to deploy the safety supervision of the whole chain of electric bicycles. At the detachment level, the "Notice on Carrying out the Special Governance of Electric Bicycle Fire Safety" was issued, a mobilization and deployment meeting was held to clarify work responsibilities, refine work tasks, and mobilize teams at all levels to comprehensively carry out the special management of the whole chain safety supervision of electric bicycles.
Persist in coordinated law enforcement and strike hard to eliminate hidden dangers

Focusing on high-rise buildings, old residential areas, urban villages, urban-rural junctions and other key areas, together with the municipal supervision, public security and other relevant departments, carried out normalized joint law enforcement 26 times, and strictly investigated and dealt with 152 violations of laws and regulations such as entering buildings and households, charging with flying wires, and occupying and blocking evacuation channels and safety exits.
Taking the opportunity of incorporating fire protection work into the grid service management of Dehong Prefecture, we will give full play to the advantages of urban and rural grid personnel who are familiar with people, places and situations, and mobilize urban and rural grid personnel to carry out fire hazard investigation on a regular basis, and rectify 132 hidden dangers such as illegal parking of electric vehicles and "flying wire charging" through regular investigations, street inspections, and household visits, so as to guide village (resident) residents to carry out "three clearances and three passes", effectively extend the tentacles of fire control, and achieve prevention first, early detection, and small disposal.
The detachment will include the illegal parking and charging of electric bicycles into the monthly "double random and open" supervision and inspection must be checked, and 7 grassroots team stations will strictly follow the requirements of the plan to rectify the random parking and illegal charging of electric vehicles. Up to now, a total of more than 280 units have been inspected, and 310 fire hazards have been found, effectively eliminating a large number of fire hazards and creating a good fire safety environment for the jurisdiction.

As a guest of Dehong Comprehensive Broadcasting 104.3 column, popularize the knowledge of fire safety of electric vehicles for the masses. Widely mobilize units and places in the jurisdiction to use outdoor LED displays, building televisions, bulletin boards and other carriers to publish and broadcast public service advertisements for electric bicycles at high frequency. With the help of 1,700 emergency broadcasting platforms, the fire prevention knowledge of electric bicycles is regularly broadcast. Mobilize a team and a station, fire volunteers and other grassroots forces, door-to-door fire propaganda, tell the masses in their daily work and life to achieve "three clearances and three passes", electric vehicles do not charge at home, wires do not be connected privately, and further purify the fire safety environment in the jurisdiction.
Coordinate village (resident) committees, property service enterprises and express delivery enterprises to organize relevant personnel to carry out centralized learning and emergency drills 18 times. Coordinate the vehicle management office and the electric bicycle registration service agency to carry out fire safety publicity and education for new licensed users 14 times. It creates a strong fire safety atmosphere.
