On April 12, the Xiatuanbao Police Station of the Shuocheng Branch of the Municipal Public Security Bureau received a 110 order saying that a company called Xiaoyan Bicycle had lost nine shared electric vehicles in Dianping Village, Xiatuanbao Township. After receiving the alarm, the police contacted the person in charge of the company in time and locked the location of the stolen vehicle through the location of one of the electric vehicles that was not completely damaged. Subsequently, the police seized the vehicle involved in the case at the scene.

After investigation, the suspects Liu, Li, and Zhu transferred all the vehicles to Liu's home after stealing, and took extreme measures to take out all the vehicle batteries for their own use. After touching the melons, the police also found the other 3 shared electric vehicles that the three had stolen before. At present, the three suspects are all under criminal detention in accordance with the law.
