In order to adhere to and develop the "Fengqiao experience" in the new era, and solidly promote the construction of a "one-stop" diversified conflict and dispute resolution mechanism, on April 16, Shushan District held a "one-stop" diversified conflict and dispute resolution center on-site promotion meeting to promote the full coverage of the construction and operation of a "one-stop" mediation platform, and comprehensively explore the construction of a multi-level and integrated contradiction and dispute resolution path with more complete functions, more diversified services, and more prominent effects, so as to create a harmonious and stable social environment for the high-quality development of Shushan.

It is understood that at the beginning of this year, Shushan District took the lead in establishing a "one-stop" diversified contradiction and dispute resolution center in Wulidun Street and Nanqi Street, relying on the "Hehecode" information platform of the Municipal Comprehensive Management Center to smooth the channels for the expression of mass demands and problem solving. Before the meeting, the participants observed the "one-stop" conflict mediation center of Jiajiajingyuan Community of Wulidun Street and Nanqi Street, and agreed that the pilot unit promoted the construction of "one-stop" diversified conflict resolution with high standards, and its integration of various resources, innovative work processes and operating mechanisms provided a "sample" for learning and reference for the comprehensive coverage of the "one-stop" diversified conflict and dispute resolution center in the whole region. Since the pilot operation, the two centers have received a total of 262 visitors and accepted 1,807 cases of various contradictions and disputes, all of which have been completed, which has greatly improved the quality and efficiency of conflict and dispute resolution and the awareness rate of the masses in the jurisdiction.
