I found that the existing lawyers were not putting themselves in the right position, and the result was a lot of jokes.
I remember more than ten years ago, it seemed that a lawyer in Guangdong Province went to the court, and the security guard conducted a security check on his mobile phone, and as a result, he got into a fight with the security guard, and his pants were torn. The incident spread online, and ended with the president of the court apologizing to the lawyer.
There is also one of our local lawyers, who goes to the court, and the security guard checks his mobile phone to prevent the lawyer from bringing his mobile phone into the courtroom for the client. As a result, the lawyer made a big fuss and asked the president of the bar association to report the matter to the court.
I think these aspects are all due to the fact that lawyers are not positioning themselves correctly.
If you don't want to abide by their rules, then don't go to that unit.
Lawyers, as practitioners of the legal profession, shall exemplarily abide by laws, regulations, and other social codes of conduct. When lawyers enter the courtroom, they shall undergo the courtroom's security screening work in the same way as ordinary litigation participants. The court system exempts lawyers from security checks, which is an additional privilege for lawyers. You must not feel that being a lawyer gives you a sense of superiority and come to play awesome! This is a manifestation of your failure to put yourself in the right position.
When a lawyer goes to the case handling unit, that is the need of your work, or to ask others to do things.
Some lawyers feel that if they are lawyers, they are superior to others, and in particular, lawyers in some big cities do not know who they are! To be a lawyer, you should first respect all people, be patient, and learn to communicate before you can do a good job as a lawyer. No one owes us. I always express my gratitude to the judges, clerks, and people's assessors after the trial. To be a lawyer, you must have a grateful heart. In this way, a harmonious social environment can be created.
