On the same day, before the operation was over, the doctor came out and said that he had made a mistake and cut his right knee by mistake.

However, on the surgical record, the name of the operation is "resection of the distal right femur". As can be seen from the child's post-operative photos, there are postoperative suture marks on the right knee, while the lump on the left knee is visible to the naked eye, and the bone is clearly protruding.

After the incident, the hospital actively communicated with the patients and their families, strived for the understanding of the patients and their families, and negotiated and mediated in accordance with laws and regulations. Orthopedic experts are also organized to conduct initial assessment, psychological intervention and postoperative medical services for patients. Currently, the patient is recovering. In response to this incident, the hospital has investigated the responsibility of the relevant departments and personnel involved, and the departments involved have temporarily suspended business for rectification, and the 6 personnel with management responsibility and medical responsibility have been dismissed from their posts, suspended their prescription rights, and deducted their performance wages.
