In order to further smooth the communication channels between "home, school and government", improve the transparency of school canteen safety work, and optimize the collaborative governance system of campus food safety, on April 12, the "Focus on Campus Food Safety and Talk about Children's Health" Parents Open Day was held in Shangsha Experimental Kindergarten in Futian District.
Nearly 40 people, including the head of the Food Section of the Futian Bureau of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, the vice principal of food safety of the Shangsha Experimental Kindergarten, the director of the Shangsha Experimental Kindergarten, the members of the Kindergarten Diet Committee and parent representatives, as well as the law enforcement officers of the Food Department of the Futian Bureau and the Shatou Institute, attended the event.
Walking into Shangsha Experimental Kindergarten, children's artistic creations can be seen everywhere - hand-painted plants in various shapes on glass windows, a quiet library with a large collection of books, and a small community with open-air characteristics...... Deng Lamei, the director of the park, introduced to the delegates that the park is characterized by aesthetic education, and through enriching the curriculum, it explores the cultivation of benevolent, intelligent, brave and beautiful children and teachers. According to reports, Shangsha Experimental Kindergarten is a new public park opened by the Futian District Education Bureau, entrusted with the management of Shenzhen Experimental Kindergarten. The kindergarten covers an area of 5,526 square meters, with a construction area of 8,118 square meters. At present, Shangsha Experimental Kindergarten has a total of 16 classes and 445 children. "We hope that through this activity, we can strengthen the communication and cooperation between the kindergarten and parents, especially in terms of children's diet and nutritional health, so that children can 'eat well and play well'!" said the head of the kindergarten.
At the symposium, the logistics director of the kindergarten introduced the basic situation of the kindergarten to the guests, especially the food safety management of the canteen, including the operation of practitioners, the teacher's canteen duty, and the accompanying meals;
Ma Mingfei, vice principal of food safety in kindergarten (sponsored by the Futian Bureau of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau), said that this event broke the invisible information barriers between "home, school and government", and took a solid step in promoting food safety co-construction and co-governance. He will continue to actively play the three responsibilities of the "Vice Principal of Food Safety", be a good communication liaison, regularly participate in the food safety monthly scheduling meetings held by the school, and be a good promoter of the "Food Education Project". At the same time, we will further strengthen communication and cooperation with schools to jointly do a good job in school food safety prevention.
At the meeting, the director Deng Lamei expressed her gratitude to the guests present. She emphasized that early childhood is a critical period for children's development, and development is more important than learning, and health is more important than development. Especially in terms of food safety, we will put children's health first, and strictly control the quality and safety of ingredients to ensure that children can eat at ease and parents can rest assured.
After the meeting, the delegates walked into the back kitchen of the campus canteen, and the law enforcement officers of the Food Department of the Futian Bureau of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau and the Shatou Institute conducted on-site inspection and improvement guidance on the environmental sanitation of the kindergarten school canteen, the health management and training of employees, the procurement and storage of raw materials, the processing operation, the management of facilities and equipment, the provision of meals, and the cleaning and disinfection of dining utensils.
After visiting the back kitchen of the school canteen, the members of the kindergarten catering committee and parent representatives had an in-depth communication on the student canteen and student dining work. They praised the open attitude and spirit of Shangsha Experimental Kindergarten. Parent representatives expressed their hope to increase the frequency of "Campus Open Day" activities and invite more regulators, parents and representatives from all walks of life to visit the campus.
Xu Jianguo, chief of the Food Section of the Futian Bureau of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, made a concluding speech on the event. He said that there are 292 citizen-run schools (kindergartens) in Futian District, including more than 160 kindergartens, which are the key areas of concern of the family, school and government. This year, Futian Bureau will solidly promote the construction of the "Seven Ones" project around "campus food safety", and will build a solid food safety defense line for students by building a "digital kitchen" smart platform, building a strong team of vice principals for food safety, establishing a set of "food education engineering" system that can be promoted, creating a campus "peace of mind rapid inspection" service brand, unblocking a "home, school, and government" communication channel, introducing a third-party professional force and exploring a food safety path. It is hoped that it will continue to strictly implement the main responsibility of campus food safety, continue to improve the ability of campus food safety management, and contribute to building a "Futian model" of campus food safety.
In the next step, the market supervision department of Futian District will work with all sectors of society to promote the special governance of campus food safety, consolidate the responsibilities of all parties involved in campus food safety, and strive to create a food safety dining environment that makes students comfortable, parents feel at ease, and teachers feel at ease.
