On April 7, the reporter learned from the county judicial bureau that the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China recently commended a group of advanced collectives and individuals in national legal aid and public legal service work, and the legal aid workstation in Hufang Town, Leadshan County, was awarded the national advanced collective in legal aid work.
In recent years, the Hufang Town Legal Aid Workstation has adhered to the people-centered, and in the process of in-depth promotion of the construction of the legal aid service system, it has highlighted the convenience and benefit of the people, improved efficiency, and source control, actively promoted the construction of standardization, informatization, and specialization, and strived to provide efficient and convenient legal aid services for the masses through the "three forms", constantly meeting the people's new expectations and requirements for legal aid services, and further improving the public's satisfaction and sense of gain, and achieved certain work results. Every year, more than 700 legal aid consulting services are provided, benefiting more than 1,700 people, with a service completion rate of 100% and a satisfaction rate of 99%; they participate in the mediation of 3 conflict and dispute cases on average every month, with a total of 180 mediation cases and 93 case files, involving a total amount of more than 400 yuan; in the past five years, they have carried out more than 120 legal popularization education activities, hung more than 2,000 banners of various kinds, and distributed various leaflets. More than 10,000 pamphlets, a total of 30 legal knowledge trainings for all party and government cadres in Hufang Town in the past five years, and the three major brands of Wangshan Rural Law School, Xishan Villagers' Lecture Association, and Xishan Village Ecological Rule of Law Park Publicity Base have been launched. He was awarded the 2020 "Investigation, Early Mediation, Stability Protection, and National Day" special activity issued by the Ministry of Justice, and was rated as an advanced collective of people's mediation work in Jiangxi Province in 2018, the first batch of characteristic judicial offices in Jiangxi Province in 2019, and an advanced judicial office in Jiangxi Province.
