From May 11th to 17th, for the disaster prevention and mitigation publicity week, in order to do a good job in disaster prevention and mitigation related work, and effectively enhance the ability of employees to cope with disaster risks, recently, Wutongquan toll station combined with the actual work, with a sense of responsibility of "always rest assured", took multiple measures to actively promote the implementation of disaster prevention and mitigation work.
Strengthen the implementation of safety responsibilities. Hold regular safety analysis meetings to deeply learn the lessons of recent traffic safety accidents and incidents, so that all employees can clearly understand the arduous task and heavy responsibility of disaster prevention and mitigation. At the same time, do a good job of safety reminders before the shift, safety comments after the shift, require the on-the-job personnel to wear reflective vests, cross the lane to "stop, look twice, pass three times", and wear shoulder flashes at night to avoid safety incidents.
Strengthen the extension of convenient services. In view of the strong demand for self-driving travel in summer, we actively organize and carry out volunteer service activities, focusing on policy consultation, road condition guidance and other aspects to provide accurate and professional services for drivers and passengers. At the same time, employees were organized to distribute disaster prevention and mitigation publicity materials to drivers and passengers, reminding drivers and passengers to pay attention to cautious driving and safe passage in extreme weather such as strong winds and heavy rains.
Strengthen the investigation of potential safety hazards. Regularly organize special personnel to carry out safety hazard investigation in lane equipment, toll collection facilities, fire protection facilities, generator rooms, power distribution rooms and other places, and effectively solve the potential safety hazards that affect summer before the arrival of high temperatures, and resolutely put an end to the "sick" operation of equipment and facilities.
Improve emergency response capabilities. Strengthen the reserve of emergency materials, improve the emergency plan for disaster prevention and mitigation, and ensure that emergency response can be initiated in a timely manner in the event of an emergency, so as to avoid the detention of personnel and vehicles. At the same time, the "green channel" policy is strictly implemented to avoid long-term and long-distance queue congestion of vehicles, and further improve traffic efficiency.
