The rule of law is convenient for the people and warms people's hearts
In order to increase the rate of social awareness of legal aid work, the public's awareness of the rule of law and their ability to protect their rights in accordance with law, further publicize and implement the "Legal Aid Law of the People's Republic of China", comprehensively protect the lawful rights and interests of people with economic difficulties and vulnerable groups, and bring legal aid close to the public. On the morning of May 9, the Tuoketuo County Legal Aid Center went to Xinyingzi Town to carry out a publicity campaign on the theme of "Legal Aid Enters the Countryside, the Rule of Law Facilitates the People and Warms People's Hearts".
During the activity, the staff mainly popularized the knowledge of laws and regulations such as the Legal Aid Law of the People's Republic of China, the protection of the rights and interests of the elderly, and the legal aid of employees and migrant workers through hanging banners, distributing legal service brochures, and on-site consultation and answers. At the same time, we understand the diversity of ways to protect our rights, and be able to correctly and rationally choose appropriate and legal solutions in the event of disputes.
Through this activity, the awareness and ability of the people in the jurisdiction to protect their own rights and interests in accordance with the law have been enhanced, the awareness rate of legal aid has been improved, the public has been guided to use legal means to protect their legitimate rights and interests, and the legal aid has been further developed in depth and to the grassroots level, so that the people in the jurisdiction can understand and participate in legal aid up close and benefit from legal aid. In the next step, the center will continue to increase publicity efforts to promote the study, publicity and implementation of the "Legal Aid Law of the People's Republic of China", popularize legal knowledge, enhance the legal awareness of the masses, and guide the masses to form the concept of the rule of law and legal thinking of "daily study of the law, handling affairs in accordance with the law, finding the law when encountering problems, solving problems and using the law, and resolving conflicts by relying on the law".
