It is necessary to establish the concept of "practice-oriented", understand the development of the G60 science and technology innovation corridor in the Yangtze River Delta in detail in the process of research, pay attention to accurate problem solving, ensure the practicality and practicability of the research results, and provide support for the research on relevant institutional innovation and legal practice issues in the construction of the G60 science and technology innovation corridor in the Yangtze River Delta.
The 2024 project projects focus on the intellectual property protection of virtual digital humans, the corporate compliance governance system, the foreign-related legal business environment, and the research on improving the quality of administrative law enforcement, focusing on cutting-edge topics, bottlenecks and shortcomings in the field of rule of law construction, closely combined with the actual work, and are of great research value. In the early stage, the project evaluation team of the Rule of Law Research Center will review the content of each project application team, the idea of the project research group, and the quality of the application form, and finally determine the winning research group.
