On the occasion of the National Safety Education Day for Primary and Secondary School Students, in order to effectively ensure the "safety on the tip of the tongue" of teachers and students in the county, efforts are made to build a campus food safety defense line. From March 18th to 19th, Qingshuihe County carried out a two-day special action on campus food safety inspection to investigate risks and hidden dangers and ensure the health of teachers and students in school.
During the inspection, the staff focused on the health certificates, sanitary environment, certificate request and registration, tableware cleaning, disinfection, and food storage of the canteen staff to meet the requirements of a detailed inspection, and some of the ingredients were sampled and tested.

After the inspection, the staff publicized and explained the "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "Food Safety Knowledge", "Food Safety Management System" and other laws and regulations to the person in charge of the canteen and the staff, so as to further enhance the food safety awareness of the person in charge of the canteen and the staff, so that teachers and students can "eat at ease and eat healthily".
In this inspection, a total of 12 primary and secondary schools, kindergartens and small tables in the county were investigated. In the next step, Qingshuihe County will continue to carry out campus food safety investigation and rectification work and regularly organize retrospectives, resolutely eliminate food safety hazards, prevent substandard food from flowing into the campus, and effectively ensure the "safety on the tip of the tongue" of teachers and students.
