On Thursday, I tasted a traditional Sichuan dish, boiled fish. The tender fish and spicy soup made me feel the charm of Sichuan cuisine. This dish reminds me of the happy times when I had dinner with my friends, and that friendship and companionship are so precious.

On Friday, I tasted a light Japanese sushi dish. The delicious fish and slightly sweet rice made me feel the delicacy and freshness of Japanese cuisine. This dish reminds me of that experience of traveling alone, and that freedom and exploration is so desirable.

On Saturday, I went to a rustic farmhouse and had an authentic meal of farmhouse food. The fresh vegetables and home-raised livestock made me feel the gift of nature and the tranquility of the countryside. This dish reminds me of the happy times spent with my family, and the simplicity and happiness are so rare.

On Sunday, I made myself a hearty breakfast – omelette, bacon, toast and freshly squeezed juice. This breakfast made me feel my own growth and independence, as if to say, I can already take care of myself and create a good life for myself.

This week's culinary journey not only satisfied my taste buds, but also touched my heart.
