Fresh milk that is "milked and sold now" is at high risk

Compared with prepackaged milk, "fresh milk" is not treated by homogenization process, the milk fat globules are large, and after boiling, they will accumulate and float, thus bringing about the sensory phenomenon of "viscous" and "rich flavor". However, studies have shown that there is no significant difference in nutritional value and human health function between "fresh milk" and pasteurized pure milk. On the contrary, fresh milk is rich in nutrients, is a good breeding ground for the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, and is highly susceptible to contamination by animal bodies and microorganisms in the milking environment. Therefore, if the sterilization of "raw milk" is insufficient, it is easy to cause the spread of zoonotic diseases.

Pay more attention to special groups

Some consumers have bloating, abdominal pain and diarrhea after drinking cow's milk, which may be lactose intolerance, that is, lactase cannot be secreted in the intestine, making lactose difficult to digest and producing bloating and abdominal pain. People with this condition can choose "low lactose cow's milk" or "zero lactose milk", which is processed so that the indigestible lactose is hydrolyzed into glucose and galactose, which are more easily absorbed by the body.

Low-fat or nonfat milk is a better choice for people with high blood lipids and need to control their weight, and can reduce fat intake while supplementing with high-quality protein and calcium and other nutrients. However, it is not recommended for children in the rapid growth period to choose this product.

Pay attention to whether the storage conditions on the outer packaging of the product are consistent with the actual storage conditions in the mall. For example, pasteurized milk generally requires refrigeration at 2-6°C.
