In order to implement the spirit of the instructions of the provincial and municipal federations of trade unions on the "Fengqiao in the park" mechanism, and strengthen the role of the base in the promotion of the rule of law and the coordination of labor relations, on the afternoon of November 2, the "Send the Law into the Park" law popularization class and legal consultation activity was held in the integrated base of legal services for employees in Sanming High-tech Industrial Development Zone, with nearly 60 people from 46 enterprises in the park participating.
Zheng Yutong, a full-time lawyer of Grandall Law Firm (Fuzhou), a public interest lawyer in the "Lawyers on the Scene" column of Fujian News Channel, and a lawyer in the library of Fuzhou Legal Aid Database, was invited to give a lecture on "On-the-job Management of Labor Relations". Based on the case studies of enterprise operations, the lecture elaborated on the regulations and requirements that enterprises should comply with in terms of labor compliance, and how to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and reduce legal risks by strengthening labor compliance management. The whole lecture was full of dry goods and benefited everyone a lot.
In addition, the legal service volunteers also carried out a rule of law publicity activity with the theme of "respecting the law and abiding by the law, building dreams together", distributed publicity materials to enterprise representatives, enterprise trade unions and employee representatives, and delivered "legal physical examination" services to enterprises on the spot, and gave specific solutions to solve problems by comparing various rules and regulations of the enterprise, so as to help enterprises identify potential risks.
In the next stage, the Shaxian District Federation of Trade Unions will take this event as an opportunity to further strengthen the role of the integrated base of employee legal services in the promotion of the rule of law, legal aid, and coordination of labor relations in the Sanming High-tech Industrial Development Zone, effectively improve the effectiveness of trade union legal services, guide the broad masses of employees to learn the law, know the law, respect the law, and abide by the law, and contribute to the strength of the trade union in actively promoting the construction of the high-quality development demonstration zone in the old revolutionary base area of Shaxian County.
