In order to further promote the governance of the source of litigation of "court + chief legal consulting expert", and further strengthen the construction of the grassroots legal service station and chief legal consultation expert workstation of the Law Society, the person in charge and all the cadres of the Tuoketuo County Law Society recently participated in the special counseling meeting of the chief legal consultation expert of the city's law society held in the Intermediate Court of Xincheng District.
The training was given by Comrade Xu Yancheng, vice president of the Municipal Intermediate People's Court and chief legal consulting expert of the city. President Xu explained from the three aspects of "in-depth study and comprehension of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law, scientifically grasp the positioning and direction of mediation work", "adhere to bottom-line thinking, fully understand the reality, history and future of mediation work", "adhere to the supremacy of the people, and strive to enhance the people's sense of security and gain". How to give full play to the role of the chief legal consulting expert and how to use laws and regulations to solve contradictions and disputes in reality and resolve the backlog of letters and visits were explained in detail, so that the staff of the Law Society and the people's mediators attending the meeting had a deeper understanding of the importance, overall process, practical operation and specific response strategies of pre-litigation mediation.
