According to the deployment of the Autonomous Region Law Society and the Hohhot Law Society, the Xincheng District Law Society actively planned and researched, formulated and issued the "Notice on the Establishment of the Chief Legal Consultation Expert Database of the Xincheng District" and the "Chief Legal Consultation Expert System of the Xincheng District Law Society", issued relevant documents, convened special meetings, and comprehensively promoted the establishment of the chief legal consultation expert system. From the district's political and legal units, law firms and other relevant units and groups, carefully screened and strictly reviewed, and finally hired 110 legal and legal talents as legal consulting experts in the region, from which 15 chief legal consulting experts were determined to be appointed, and institutional mechanisms such as organizational leadership, coordination and cooperation, work operation, and expert database management were established, and communication and docking with departments such as letters and visits, and justice were strengthened, and the chief legal consulting experts were broadened to serve the people. At the beginning of this year, the Xincheng District Law Society carefully built "two stations and one house", as well as the chief legal consultation expert workstation, the grassroots service station of the Law Society, and the home of members, to promote the majority of legal workers to "sit in the hall for consultation" in response to the "difficult and miscellaneous diseases" of contradictions and disputes, relying on the resource advantages of the law society's legal expert database, and comprehensively rolling out the work of chief legal consulting experts at the autonomous region, city, and county (district) levels to build a platform for the majority of law society members to participate in the practice of the rule of law. The Xincheng District Law Society attaches great importance to the publicity of the rule of law, continues to amplify the effect of the "Youth Legal Popularization Volunteers Rule of Law Culture Grassroots Tour" activity, compiles and prints "The Civil Code Walks with Life" and "Carry forward the Spirit of the Constitution and Safeguard the Authority of the Constitution" and other legal popularization publicity materials, and distributes more than 10,000 copies of legal popularization materials, which have played a very good role in the publicity of the rule of law.
Since the beginning of this year, the Xincheng District Law Society has fully mobilized the enthusiasm of the chief legal consulting experts, adopted a pleasing approach to popularize the principles and policies, laws and regulations of the party and the state to the people, consolidated the foundation for effectively preventing the occurrence of contradictions and disputes, and carried out 5 legal publicity activities such as sending the law to villages, communities, and campuses, and provided legal advice to the masses more than 100 times.
