According to the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Chief Legal Consultation Expert System" issued by the China Law Society, at the end of 2023, the Tumut Left Banner People's Court and our banner Law Society will cooperate to jointly build a research base on the governance of the source of litigation in Tumut Left Banner, aiming to carry out systematic research on the causes and characteristics of various contradictions and disputes, and better guide the development of the source governance of contradictions and disputes. On February 1, 2024, the Chief Legal Consultation Expert Service Station was established in the litigation service hall of the Tumut Zuoqi People's Court, focusing on legal consultation, industry consultation, major decision-making matters, major risk prevention and control in the region, and major conflict mediation consultation, etc., to provide professional legal service guarantees, and promote the deep integration of legal protection and economic and social development.

In accordance with the deployment arrangement of the Tumut Left Banner Law Society, our court recommended a total of 5 judges with rich experience in judicial and legal practice, who have strong authority and influence in their own departments and fields, to accept the entrustment of party and government organs as chief legal consulting experts to provide professional legal advice. Jia Xizhong, secretary of the party group and president of the People's Court of Tumut Zuoqi, served as the vice president of the Banner Law Society, Yun Junfeng, deputy secretary of the party group and executive vice president, served as the director, Chen Zhigang, member of the party group and vice president, Liu Junling, full-time member of the review committee and director of the Executive Bureau, and Wan Daowei, director of the trial management office, were the legal consulting experts of our banner, giving full play to the role of demonstration and driving to ensure that the work of the chief legal consulting experts played a real role.

In order to give full play to the strength of the chief legal consultation expert system and solve the problems that the masses are anxious about, the Tumut Left Banner People's Court submitted written entrustment materials to the Banner Law Society to consult a total of 4 difficult and complex cases, and the Banner Law Society set up a legal advisory group to carry out consultation work in accordance with the entrusted matters and in accordance with the methods of "one chief for one matter", "one special class for one matter" and "one plan for one matter", and finally formed a legal advisory opinion, which provided a direction for the resolution of complex and difficult cases. At the same time, our court gave full play to the rule of law power of legal consulting experts, participated in the demonstration of one case entrusted by the Banner Law Society, and effectively promoted the resolution of the problem.
In the next step, the Tumut Left Banner People's Court will strengthen the coordination and linkage with the Banner Law Society, form a joint work force, actively carry out legal consulting services, effectively promote the prevention and resolution of contradictions and disputes, actively participate in social governance, promote the improvement of the social governance system, enhance the efficiency of social governance, and contribute to ensuring that the people live and work in peace and contentment, social stability and order, and the country's long-term peace and stability.
