In a remote rural China, there is an alley known as "Yanluo Street". It is said that this was once the place where the messengers of the ancient hell king Yan Luo passed, so it was regarded as an ominous place by the locals. Every rainy weather, the old houses on both sides of the alley will make strange noises, and even cold cats and dogs will unconsciously avoid here.
In this alley, there is a mysterious old woman who is called "Yin Po". She often wears a black robe, a ghostly red hat, and a cane in her hand. Legend has it that she possesses mysterious powers and can travel between the human world and the ghost world. Many people have heard of her legends, but few have seen her true face.
In a dilapidated old house in the alley, a young couple lives. The two of them live simple but happy lives here. However, one night, her husband suddenly and mysteriously disappeared. His wife could not find him and spent long dark nights alone in the old house.
The next morning, the wife found a note outside the house with her husband's name on it. The note reads: "I was taken away by the Yin Po, and you have to look for the Tengu God Stone to save me." The wife was completely confused, she had never heard of this Tengu God Stone, and she didn't know where to look for it. But she decided not to give up and, with a little hope, embarked on a long journey of search.
In her search, she encounters some strange people and things. At one point, she heard the cry of a bird, followed by a humanoid creature with huge wings. The creature tells her that the Tengu Shrine is located in a forgotten cave. She had to go through countless dangers to get there.
The wife went through a lot of hardships and finally reached the cave. She discovers that the cave is full of traps and demons, but she decides to enter it. In her constant search, she finally found a glowing stone in a corner, and the stone was the Tengu God Stone she was looking for. However, the moment she picked up the Tengu God Stone, a strong dark force suddenly appeared and swallowed her in.
When she came to her senses again, she found herself in a mysterious place, surrounded by dark and pitch-black shadows. She saw her husband, but he had become a soulless shell, with only empty eye sockets and groans of fear. She understood that the purpose of the Yin Po was not to save her husband, but to devour his soul and make him an eternal slave.
In this darkness, the wife is forced to engage in a mortal struggle with her mother-in-law. With her firm will and her courage, she finally defeated Yin Po and successfully saved her husband. However, before they came out of hell, Yin Po left a sentence: "Do you think you have won?" You are far from victory. ”
