The Memphis Zoo in State M submitted its application to the Fish and Wildlife Service on March 10. Applications will be posted on the official website on March 13. As required by the ESA, public comment must be sought before any licence is issued for any activity related to an endangered species. Comments must be received within 30 days of the date of publication in the Federal Register.
