Example 3: The whereabouts of the enterprise's industrial solid waste include self-storage, but the information form of the self-storage facility is not filled, and the hazardous waste self-storage facility of the enterprise does not fill in the storage capacity, area, etc.

Pollutant dischargers shall complete and itemize the corresponding information on the internal facilities used for the storage, utilization, and disposal of industrial solid waste. Relevant content should not be left out. Enterprises need to complete the basic information such as "facility name, facility number, facility type, location, whether it meets the requirements of relevant standards, storage capacity, and area" in the "Information Form of Self-storage and Self-utilization/Disposal Facilities" on the pollutant discharge permit platform.
Example 4: The enterprise fails to fill in the basic information of industrial solid waste in the self-storage facility information form.
