On April 30, the 5th China Fireworks and Firecrackers Expo and the 2024 Liling Fireworks and Firecrackers Trade Fair Fireworks Green Development Forum kicked off at the Turandot International Conference Center, and a professional forum with the theme of "Green Fireworks Leading the Future" was held. Fang Huayun, vice president and secretary general of China Fireworks and Firecrackers Association, Liu Jinglin, vice president and secretary general of China Daily Miscellaneous Goods Circulation Association, Deng Shanjun, executive director of the International Fireworks Forum Society, and Huang Chaxiang, chairman of the National Fireworks and Firecrackers Standardization Technical Committee, participated. Yang Jian, deputy secretary of the municipal party committee of our city, delivered a speech, and He Xiaoling, director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, and Liao Shengyun, chairman of the CPPCC, attended.
The forum was hosted by the China Fireworks and Firecrackers Association, Liling Fireworks and Firecrackers General Chamber of Commerce, and undertaken by Liling Hengda Fireworks Co., Ltd., bringing together top experts, senior scholars and industry leaders from all over the country to exchange ideas on the same stage.
In his speech, Yang Jian said that looking back on the past, fireworks are the genetic imprint that Liling is proud of; looking at the present, fireworks are Liling's thousand-year-old enriching industry; and looking forward to the future, fireworks are a bright business card for Liling's high-quality development. Liling will take this forum as an opportunity to fully absorb the guidance of leaders and experts, solve the two bottlenecks of safety and environmental protection as a whole, and further promote the sustainable, healthy, safe and green development of the fireworks and firecrackers industry.
At the scene, five guests, including Huang Chaxiang, Xie Fugen, Wang Hongyang, Zhu Guangcan, and Zhang Qi, discussed key issues such as environmental protection technology research and development, waste treatment, policy implementation, industry exchanges and environmental awareness improvement in the fireworks industry, and conducted in-depth dialogues on topics such as the challenges faced by the fireworks industry, development opportunities and how to accelerate the pace of industrial upgrading, jointly discussed solutions, promoted multi-party cooperation, and built a bridge of efficient communication and in-depth cooperation for the green transformation of the fireworks industry.
