Today's food share: incandescent kale

Ingredients needed: a small handful of kale, three garlic, a little soy sauce, a little oyster sauce and a half spoon of sugar
Step 1, cut the kale into small pieces (as shown in Figure 2). Crush the garlic
2, Seasoning, 1 1/2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoonful of oyster sauce, 1/2 spoon of sugar, add 200ml of water and mix well
3, Blanch the kale for about a minute, change color and fish out
4, add oil to garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add the condiments, turn off the heat for 30 seconds.
5 Pour the cooked seasonings onto top of the mustard greens.
PS: This can not only protect the emerald green of kale, but also preserve the crisp and refreshing taste of kale to the greatest extent. It is a summer delicacy.
