First Course:

Coriander mixed with beef

Beef tendon meat in a cold water pot, add fragrant leaves, cinnamon, star anise, soy sauce, cooking wine, bring to a boil over high heat, cook slowly for 1 hour and 20 minutes on low heat, then let it cool and slice, wash and cut the coriander into small pieces.

Prepare the sauce: minced garlic, white sesame seeds, chili noodles, poured with hot fried soy sauce, aged vinegar and salt to taste

Pour the sauce over the beef and coriander and stir well.

The second way:

Cold mix with soybean sprouts

Wash the soybean sprouts, blanch the water for 5 minutes of sodium, and let it dry.
