Tears! Sticking to the frontline of epidemic prevention, the "post-95" nurse mother endured weaning

"Come, open your mouth, relax..." On May 5, Chen Zhiqing, a nurse in the Intensive Care Department of Baiyun Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Traditional Chinese Medicine, was taking nucleic acid samples for villagers in Renhe Town and Village, Baiyun District, Guangzhou. Chen Zhiqing is a "post-95" and has a cute daughter who has just turned 10 months old.

Since April this year, the epidemic situation in Guangzhou has recurred, and the area where Baiyun Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine, is located has been twice classified as a control area, and corresponding control measures have been implemented, and the hospital has also become a designated treatment hospital in the control area. Chen Zhiqing returned to the closed-loop management of the hospital and devoted herself to daily emergency and epidemic prevention and control work. Because she could not go home for a long time, Chen Zhiqing, who was still breastfeeding, struggled and weaned the baby in pain.

Chen Zhiqing's home is in Zhongluotan Town, Baiyun District, and it takes more than 40 minutes to go to work every day. Last December, she returned to the hospital after her maternity leave to work normally. "After my daughter was born, I have always insisted on breastfeeding", in Chen Zhiqing's view, breastfeeding is very important for the growth and development of her daughter, not only helps to enhance the baby's immunity, but also a good way for her to establish a close relationship with the baby.

"The nursing work in the intensive care department is very heavy, and the nursing director knows that I have been breastfeeding and has taken special care of me." After returning to the hospital to work, Chen Zhiqing will take advantage of the rest time every day to suck out the milk and store it, and carry the milk home at night as the baby's next day's rations. After the outbreak in Baiyun, the hospital from time to time sent medical teams to support the nucleic acid sampling work in various streets and towns in the area, "At that time, the nursing chief also tried not to arrange for me to participate," Chen Zhiqing said.

With the recurrence of the epidemic, the task of nucleic acid sampling has become more and more arduous, and Chen Zhiqing has taken the initiative to ask Miao to fight side by side with her colleagues. Because the amount of milk production is relatively large, it is easy to swell the milk, and the sampling time is relatively long, and the conditions of the sampling point do not allow her to carry milk, in order not to drag her legs, she has been gritting her teeth and insisting. The longest nucleic acid sample lasted 17 hours, Chen Zhiqing recalled, "tired, for the time being, it is acceptable." ”

If the milk is not sucked out for too long, it is easy to cause fever. When she was too busy at work, Chen Zhiqing could not care about pumping, and there were three times when she had a fever caused by milk swelling.

Since the outbreak of the local epidemic in Guangzhou in April this year, Chen Zhiqing has been staying at the hospital for closed-loop management.

"We all have to dress like 'big white' in the ICU, and the intensity and difficulty of the work are very large." Once, Chen Zhiqing did not milk for a long time, and there was a milk rise, and she had a fever again. "This is not the way to go, it will affect the working state"; "However, how much I hope to feed the baby to one and a half years old, two years old..." Chen Zhiqing's heart was struggling, and in the end, she endured the pain of weaning.

Chen Zhiqing's husband works in Nansha and is busy with business, usually not returning home until the weekend. After Chen Zhiqing returned to the hospital for closed-loop management, the baby was taken care of by her parents. Chen Zhiqing's parents work in food procurement, and they often have to deliver to customers at 4 o'clock in the morning, and then they are busy until noon or even afternoon. The granddaughter could only be entrusted to Chen Zhiqing's grandmother to take care of.

"I usually cook a pot of porridge before going out so that the elderly can feed the baby." Chen Zhiqing's mother said: "It may be that I know that my mother is very busy in the frontline of the fight against the epidemic, and the baby is very well-behaved and sensible." ”

Up to now, Chen Zhiqing has not held the baby for nearly a month. "I want to do my part to protect my homeland, although I miss my children, but there is no way, there is no home without a country, and only then will there be a small family if the country is done well." Chen Zhiqing said, "When I think about my child, I will open my mobile phone to see the video sent to me by my family, and every time I make a video call, everyone tells me 'don't worry about the baby'." ”

"At this time weaning, I feel very sorry for the baby", Chen Zhiqing flipped through the mobile phone photo album, only found the only photo of her and the baby, "That was when she was 3 months old, we took a selfie." ”

Since giving birth to her daughter, Chen Zhiqing has a profound understanding of the word "mother". "What would you most like to say to your mother this Mother's Day?" Hearing this question, Chen Zhiqing's eyes burst into tears, "I want to say 'thank you' to my mother, you not only take care of me, but also take care of my daughter..." "If the seal is unsealed, what I want to do most is to take a clean bath in the hospital first, and then go home and hug my baby, but also hug my parents and grandmother." ”

"As a mom, what do you most want to say to your child?" "Yue Yue, Mommy will soon be able to go home", chen Zhiqing choked up again, "you have to listen to your mother-in-law, listen to your aunt, listen to your father-in-law, you know..."

From April 14 to May 7, Chen Zhiqing and colleagues from various departments received and treated a total of 4,200 patients in the sealed area of the whole district, helping the neighbors to solve a series of urgent and difficult problems such as medical treatment and medicine, and helping everyone to spend this period smoothly.
