AMD 3D Stack Cache is not out of print! Zen4 will also be on

The AMD Ryzen™ 7 5800X3D integrates a special 64MB 3D V-Cache cache, plus the original L2/3 cache, totaling 100MB, resulting in a significant reduction in game performance, successfully surpassing the i9-12900KS.

But just such a model is obviously not addictive, and it also makes people speculate whether the next generation of Zen4 architecture Ryzen 7000 series will also integrate 3D V-Cache cache on some models.

The latest exposure shows that in addition to the regular version of the Ryzen™ 7000 series codenamed Raphael (Raphael), AMD has also prepared "Raphael-X", which is expected to be named Ryzen 7000X3D, with integrated 3D V-Cache cache!

However, the exact number of models that will integrate the cache and how large the capacity is is not known for the time being, but hardcore gamers can look forward to it.

At the same time, the Ryzen™ 7000 and Ryzen™ 7000X3D are determined to support DDR5-5600 memory and DDR4.

Intel Alder Lake 12th Generation Core only supports the starting standard DDR5-4800, raptor Lake 13th Generation Core is expected to be increased to DDR5-5600, the two coincide.

In addition, the mobile version of Zen4 on the notebook has two major series, one is the Dragon Range, which essentially puts the Raphael into the notebook through the FABGA-FL1 integration package, and the thermal design consumes 55W+, so it is aimed at high-end game books, which is the same as Intel's upcoming Alder Lake-HX series.

The other is Pheonix, which is the regular mobile version of APU, focusing on mainstream game books, and even some thin and light books, with thermal design power consumption of 35-45W.
