There are two kinds of psychological problems called "cheating disease" and "artificial disorder", which I mentioned earlier.
The so-called fraudulent disease is very understandable, there is no illness to pretend to be sick, no disease to moan. Artificial disorder, but also easy to understand, like some people are bitten by mosquitoes, the pain is so painful that they want the whole world to know.
Malfunction and artificial disorders are headaches for doctors. Generally speaking, no doctor has the energy and experience to diagnose this problem at the risk of misdiagnosis, so it is enough to diagnose it according to the scale.

The National Health Commission's "2020 Edition of the Code for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Mental Disorders" classifies artificial disorders as somatic symptoms and related disorders. There is no definition of the fraudulent disease, but the description given is that the fraudulent patient often exaggerates the problem and lies.
How to judge the fraud? The Following conditions are given in the American Psychiatric Society's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders DSM-5 for physicians to refer to when making clinical diagnoses.
1. Symptoms are false or highly exaggerated. Second, the above behavior must be the subjective will of the patient. There is a clear extrinsic motive, such as evading work, military service or charges of crime, or obtaining financial compensation or medicines. It also provides the following 4 kinds of fraudulent diseases that require high vigilance: First, it is currently in the background of forensic medicine, such as medical identification. Second, there is a discrepancy between the individual's self-reporting of symptoms and medical findings. Third, the patient does not cooperate with the medical treatment. 4. Antisocial personality disorder. Some scammers are quite obedient to the diagnosis and treatment, because they think that doing so will make the doctor believe in their symptoms and thus confirm the diagnosis of the real disease.
The basic feature of masculine disorder is to disguise physical or psychological symptoms/signs or injuries to oneself or others. Deliberately disguising the disease is not intended to benefit in reality, such as obtaining money, which may include falsification, exaggeration, imitation and inducement, such as falsification of medical records or laboratory test results, self-inflicted injury, and exposure to infectious or toxic substances. Although there may be a previous illness or disorder, the condition is exaggerated or distorted, or new symptoms are falsified, or injuries are induced, often misleading medical personnel to believe that the disease or damage of the patient or others is more serious, leading to excessive clinical intervention.

Fraudulent diseases and impaired disorders are often due to the benefits of benefiting from the disease. Being tough on yourself can win sympathy and compassion or the care and help of parents, teachers, and classmates. Therefore, they often cut their wrists, self-harm, and also send these bloody photos to their classmates and circles of friends.
The so-called lie is said a hundred times and believed by oneself, and the rumor is said a hundred times and becomes the truth.
People with fraudulent and pretentious disorders are influenced by self-suggestion and often use childhood abuse to explain current misfortunes or life difficulties. So often blame parents, hate parents. As self-suggestion continues to intensify, either deny yourself a problem and accuse your parents of having a problem. Either you think you have problems, and these problems are all caused by your parents, or by your teachers, or by your classmates. Coupled with the impetus of some so-called psychological counselors: the children's problems are caused by the parents, and the harm of the original family to the child leads to the child's problems today. Such guidance can only exacerbate the tension of parent-child feelings, and has no improvement effect on the child's psychological problems.
Speaking of fraudulent diseases, we will mention an extreme case: a 35-year-old girl in Hebei has been bedridden and paralyzed for 20 years, her sister's family has been caring for 20 years, and the monitoring has punctured the scam for many years. After 20 years of lying in bed and pretending to be sick, even I believed it.
In the cases I've guided, there are a lot of similar situations. I still use a case to illustrate this problem, in order to avoid leaking personal privacy, the characters and events involved are all adapted by me. If you feel the same as your child, it's pure coincidence.

After the police arrive, the neighbor must explain to the police and let the police take the father away, because it affects the neighbor's rest, and must go to the police station or the public security bureau to be dealt with. At this time, the police need to forcibly send Jersey to the mental health center to confirm whether there is serious mental problems to ensure that Jersey cannot cause serious personal harm to others. Once the Center determines that Jersey has a serious antisocial personality disorder or other serious mental illness, it will take coercive measures against Jersey.
At this time, when the police were not paying attention, my mother took Jersey out of the house and took Jersey to her uncle's house. Jersey's uncle is in a remote rural area, the network and mobile phone signal is not too good, playing games is basically stuck. On the way to escape with the mother and Jersey, they received a call from the police with a neighbor's mobile phone: in order to avoid personal injury, the child must be sent to the Jingwei Center for psychiatric identification, as long as the child returns home, it must be reported to the community and the police station, and we establish a file for the child's mental illness and focus on monitoring.
