In the 8th century BC, the Ancient Nubians established a kingdom near the capital Napata. Around 730 BC, King Piye of Kush conquered Egypt and founded the Twenty-Fifth Dynasty of Ancient Egypt. The pharaohs of the Twenty-fifth Dynasty of Ancient Egypt ruled Egypt for more than fifty years, covering a vast area from the Nile Delta to the confluence of the White and Blue Niles. The most famous of the Pharaohs of the Kush is undoubtedly Pharaoh Taharka.

This sprawling ancient kingdom was located in the northern part of what is now The Sultan. By showcasing the discoveries of the Louvre Museum's archaeological team in Sudan, this exhibition highlights the important role of this ancient kingdom in the history of ancient Egypt. The Louvre's archaeological study at the site of Muwes lasted a decade, and now the site has moved 30 kilometers north, continuing in Hassa, not far from the Pyramids of Meroe.

Vasari compiled the first sketch atlas based on historical logic, which was widely mentioned in the second edition of the Famous Biographies of the Artists, published in 1568, and became a means of identifying the artist's style. But shortly after Vasari's death, the sketch album mysteriously disappeared. The exhibition is co-organized by the Louvre and the National Museum of Sweden, and currently 162 of the "Sketch Atlas" are now in the Louvre and 83 in the Swedish National Museum.

Kyoto Rokupomi-ji Temple, known as the "Putuo Luoshan Pumen Temple", is famous as the 17th famous temple of the 33rd House in the Western Kingdom. The exhibition brings together Buddhist statues related to Rokupomi-ji temple from the Heian to Kamakura periods, including the statue of Kōyakami, the statue of the Four Heavenly Kings made when Rokupomi Temple was founded, and the statue of Jizo Bodhisattva, which is said to have been made for the Ding Dynasty.

To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between China and Japan, the exhibition takes the Terracotta Warriors and Horses of the Mausoleum of the First Emperor of Qin as the core, bringing together about 200 cultural relics, mainly unearthed in Shaanxi Province, the central region of the Qin and Han dynasties, in order to show the glorious civilization of the Qin and Han dynasties. Several artifacts were exhibited in Japan for the first time.

Originally trained by the ukiyo-e painter Utagawa Kuniyoshi, Kazuna Kosai was trained by the Kano school to create a horrible, respectable, cute and ironic image, especially when Impressionist painters such as Monet studied in the East, while his contemporaries Kawaba Akira looked to the West in turn. The exhibits are the private collection of the art dealer Goldman, whose collections cover different eras and categories, and are one of the important collectors of River Pot Xiaozhai and ukiyo-e.
