Zhang Zhibin, the lord of Shi'an Hall, was born in 1964. He is a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a member of the Shandong Provincial Book Association, a student of hu Kangmei and Zeng Xiang tutor class of Peking University Famous Artists Studio, a student of Cui Zhiqiang Tutor Studio of Xiling Printing Society Calligraphy and Painting Seal Engraving Institute, a student of Liu Hongyang Tutor Studio of China Book Association Training Center, a member of the Presidium of Binzhou Calligraphers Association, a vice chairman of Bincheng District Calligraphers Association, a vice president of Huotian Printing Society, a member of Jingdong Printing Society, and a member of Dongyue Printing Society.
