Seal engraving, of course, is a unique language, a magical art. Originated in the pre-Qin Dynasty, flourished in the Han Dynasty; revived the Ming and Qing dynasties, and has been passed down to this day.
For more than 3,700 years, it has condensed the aura of heaven and earth and the essence of the human world, integrating personal sentiment and infinite interest, and taking flexible lines into square inches.

One seal, one button, one spring and autumn. In 2022, the 7th Cross-Strait Young and Middle-Aged Seal Engraving Competition of "Fuze Oriental" arrived as scheduled, which is undoubtedly another grand event of cross-strait seal engraving art.
Now launched the "Seal Engraving Theory" series, with the theme of printing materials, printing people, printing science, and printing history, inviting the judges to talk about the past and the present, the classics of the topic, and the elegance of the story, in order to achieve aesthetic pleasure and national art inheritance. (1) Participants
18-55 years old seal engraving enthusiasts on both sides of the Straits.
(2) Requirements for works
Each participant submits 4-8 parties of entries (only need to print the manuscript), the form style is not limited, advocating and encouraging the diversification of the style of the works, of which the 2 parties are printed as follows: "Fuze Oriental" and "To the vast and subtle" (these two parties need to attach edges).
Entries are printed in duplicate (no need to frame), designed and pasted on 69×46cm (vertical) rice paper and inscribed (Note: All submitted works are not rejected). (3) Treatment of works
1. This seal engraving competition does not charge selection fees and exhibition fees.
2. The Gold Medal of this competition can be used as one of the conditions for applying to join Xiling Printing Society.
3. Excellent works will be exhibited intensively, and then travel to Taiwan, Xi'an and other places. Exhibitors will be awarded a certificate of participation and two volumes of the winning portfolio.
4. The organizing committee organizes experts and scholars to select works, and all those suspected of plagiarism, infringement and other dishonest acts will be disqualified from participating in the competition, and the legal liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the author.
5. The organizer has the right to research, photograph, video, publish, develop and publicize the exhibited works. The seal of one of the winning works shall be collected and exchanged by the organizer.
