Zhou Xifei was the second director of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, the first vice chairman of the Jilin Calligraphers Association, the first and second chairman of the Changchun Calligraphers Association, and the fifth and sixth members of the Jilin Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. In 1980, the seal engraving works were selected into the "First National Exhibition of Calligraphy and Seal Engraving Works". Since then, he has participated in many exchange exhibitions and held solo exhibitions in various countries. Mr. Zhou Xifei passed away in April 2009, and in order to commemorate the 13th anniversary of Mr. Zhou Xifei's death, some of his works have been specially selected for the benefit of readers.
