But in the 18 months that followed, its mobile version received 115 million downloads in the iOS App Store and Google Play in 174 countries.

The report pointed out that with free large-scale role-playing gameplay and a powerful "draw card" mechanism, "Original God" became the second largest user spender for iOS and Google Play in 2021, and the first game in the first quarter of 2022.

IT Home understands that according to data.ai estimates, its global user spending has approached $2.7 billion (about 17.712 billion yuan) since the launch of Original God. The game seems to be popular in asia-pacific, america, and Emea markets; the markets with the biggest user spending are China, the United States, Japan, South Korea, and Germany.
