Net assets of 14.023 billion yuan, an increase of 33.65% year-on-year; deducting non-net profit of 3.112 billion yuan, an increase of 30.42% year-on-year; net profit of 3.909 billion yuan, an increase of 45.52% year-on-year; operating income of 49.412 billion yuan, an increase of 30.75%.

Transsion Holdings owns the digital accessories brand Oraimo, the household appliance brand Syinix and the three major mobile phone brands TECNO, itel and Infinitix.

Transsion mobile phone business covers smartphones and feature machines, and its sales areas are mainly concentrated in Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and South America and other emerging market countries around the world. In 2021, the revenue of TRANSSION intelligent machine reached 39.298 billion yuan, and the revenue of functional machines was 6.895 billion yuan.

In the Southeast Asian market, TRANSSION mobile phones have a market share of more than 40% in Pakistan (ranking first); Bangladesh has a market share of 20.1% (ranking second); and India has a market share of 7.1% (ranked sixth).
