Thinking of this, he was unwilling, decided to calm down and slowly accumulate and precipitate, and gradually explored a set of his own learning methods: insist on writing work log records and experiences, exchange and expand work ideas with peer analysis, continuous tracking and observation of customer vehicles, and summarize experience when finding problems...

With his technical strength and sense of responsibility to customers, Li Xiaoqiang has won the recognition and trust of the group and the company, and was promoted to the head of the paint team in 2008, and in 2013, he was also named the chief paint technician of Yingzhong Group - the only chief paint technician of Yingzhong Group so far.
