This passage answers many questions about digitalization, such as whether digitalization is a new era, and "embracing the digital age" can be seen as a new era. What are the starting points for transformation? From the definition of "data elements" and "network power", it can be known that data and network are the two major grippers of transformation. Regarding the digital economy, three important aspects are also mentioned in the 14th Five-Year Plan – industrial digitalization, digital industrialization, and public services. These three aspects are what enterprises and institutions need to do.

Industrial digitalization: the application is the evolution of traditional industries to digital forms;

Digital industrialization: enablers, including technology enterprises and infrastructure construction, to provide the foundation and support for industrial digital transformation;

Public Service: Refers specifically to government-related digital transformation.

The word that appears most frequently in these three parts is "platform".
