From a dance student to a dancer, choreographer and artistic director, Huang Doudou launched "Drunken Drum", "Qin Figurine Soul", "Shining Red Star", "Oracle Bone", "Ink Dance", "Defending the Yellow River", "Zhuang ZhouMeng", "Remembrance of Zhang Side", "Shengshi Inspiration" and many other dance works, participated in many large-scale performances, and participated in many literary and artistic volunteer service activities. He said that since he was a child practicing dance, his teachers have taught him not only to practice the basic skills hard, but also to strictly demand himself in the cultivation of art and morality. This sentence he has always remembered.

On the evening of July 1, 2021, the literary and artistic performance "The Great Journey" celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China was broadcast on the Central Radio and Television Station. Huang Doudou played Wang Cheng in the sitcom and dance program "The Battle Flag is Picturesque". With the fierce "Battle Song of the Chinese People's Volunteer Army", the flip screen slowly rose and turned into a dangerous peak of "Shangganling". Hundreds of actors playing volunteer soldiers charged together. When Wang Cheng, played by Huang Doudou, stood on the "Shangganling" highland and shouted "For victory, shoot at me!" When the picture was frozen on his resolute face..." At that moment, my blood boiled! I truly experienced the determination and courage of the volunteer soldiers to defend their homeland and not be afraid of sacrifice. Huang Doudou said that this is the most impressive performance he has ever performed since he was an artist, and he is not only deeply moved, but also deeply educated.

In May last year, the dance work "Remembering Zhang Side" created by the Shanghai Youth Literary Association was launched online. Through indoor shooting and post-animation production, the work combines live-action dance with paper-cutting art, and artistically shapes Zhang Side, a soldier of the Eighth Route Army on the Long March Road. As early as 2011, when he participated in the performance of the dance poem "Yan'an Memory" dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, Huang Doudou performed the chapter of "Zhang Side" in the form of a solo dance. "Zhang Side is a soldier who followed the large troops through the Long March, and an ordinary hero who served the people. I once captured the image of him working with a white towel hanging around his neck in a Northwest paper-cut work, and began to create it. "Huang Doudou envisioned adding paper-cutting elements to the stage at that time, but the technology did not allow it. The idea is finally realized in 2021. In his view, the creation of works is not only for a temporary performance, but also needs to be continuously accumulated, modified, and improved to achieve better presentation.

"The red star shines brightly, the red star is brilliant and warms the heart..." The familiar melody sounded, and Huang Doudou, the first generation of "Pan Dongzi" actor of the dance drama "Shining Red Star", danced on the same stage with the fifth generation of "Pan Dongzi" actors, and the audience's hot applause and singing in unison rushed to the stage, pushing the performance atmosphere to a climax. 22 years after its premiere, the dance drama "Shining Red Star" reappeared on the Shanghai Star Stage in July 2021 in the form of "Dance Exhibition + Art Appreciation", which was warmly welcomed by the audience. "I deeply feel the enduring charm of the red classics. Generations of dancers interpret heroic stories with true feelings, so that the red gene can continue to be passed on. Soybean bean said.

Huang Doudou also brought the hero story out of the theater and onto a broader stage.

In April 2021, Huang Doudou accompanied the volunteer service group of the China Dancers Association to shaoyang village in Shaoshan Township, Shaoshan City, Hunan Province. It was about to start, but it was raining heavily. "Seeing the villagers wearing umbrellas and raincoats, eagerly looking forward to the start of the performance, we immediately decided that no matter what the situation occurred on the day, the performance must start on time and perform well." On this day, all the actors braved the rain to complete the performance on a relatively complete cement floor on the edge of the farmland. When Huang Doudou and the local dancers performed the dance "Lin Hai Snow Field", the familiar music sounded, the dancers danced, the fellow villagers waved the red flag, and the stage and the stage melted together, and completed the performance together in the rain. Huang Doudou said that seeing the simple smiling faces of his fellow villagers, he felt that everything was worth it.

It was an unforgettable grassroots performance experience. And such literary and artistic volunteer service activities, Huang Doudou has insisted on more than ten years, workshops, factories, companies, fields have left his dancing figure. The performance conditions at the grassroots level are relatively difficult, but in Huang Doudou's view, whether it can eliminate all difficulties and give full play to the best state of a dancer under the existing conditions is to some extent a test of the dancer's basic skills. Different from stage performances, in grassroots performances, the distance between the audience and the performers is often very close, and the audience's reaction will be transmitted to the performers at the first time. "This kind of face-to-face, heart-to-heart close performance can always have a lot of touching scenes, which brings me a strong spiritual shock." During the COVID-19 pandemic, volunteer service has evolved from the field to online. Huang Doudou participated in the recording of the "Network Dance Public Welfare Course", leading everyone to exercise at home and cultivate their emotions. Huang Doudou told reporters that they have thus explored a combination of online and offline song and dance rehearsal methods, so as to promote the literary and artistic volunteer service work more deeply.

In August 2020, at the Shanghai International Dance Center Youth Dance Festival, Huang Doudou choreographed dances for more than 80 children from all over the country with the anti-epidemic song "Firmly Believe That Love Will Win". "It's a dance of gratitude to the hero in white. While learning to dance, the children also received gratitude education. Huang Doudou believes that literary and art workers should not only teach children how to dance, but also teach children why people dance.

Huang Doudou clearly remembers that when he first walked into the Building of the Literary Association, what caught his eye was the 8 eye-catching characters of "Patriotism for the People, Advocating Virtue, and Shangyi." In the family of the Federation of Literature and Literature, many of the previous masters of virtue and art have become his role models from the road of art.
