In terms of appearance, the new car continues the design concept of Skyworth EV6, but compared with EV6, the whole style is more simple. The front grille adopts a simple line design, in addition to the lower encirclement also adopts a new design, the official called it "gravitational wave" aesthetic, it is reported that Skyworth Automobile's subsequent models will introduce this design aesthetic. However, the official picture did not disclose the information about the interior.
The side and tail are not obviously different from the old Skyworth EV6, the overall is a more square traditional SUV design style, the tail is a popular through-type taillight, and the interior is also inlaid with the Brand's English name, which is very recognizable after lighting.
As for the size, the official did not publish specific data, but from the model positioning analysis, the size data of the two models should not be much different from the current EV6, for reference, the length, width and height of the current EV6 are 4698/1908/1696 mm, and the wheelbase is 2800 mm.
The power is the highlight of Skyworth HT-i, equipped with BYD Xiaoyun-Plug and Mix special 1.5L high-efficiency engine, with 43.04% thermal efficiency, its peak power of 81kW, peak torque of 135N·m. And the use of EHS electric hybrid system powertrain, to achieve up to 200km of pure electric endurance, as well as 1267km of comprehensive cruising range, the lowest power loss fuel consumption as low as 5.3L / 100 km.
