Recently, the 2021 Bingxin Children's Literature New Work Award was announced. The author learned from the Office of the Huayuan County Federation of Literature and Literature that Liu Hongchun, a teacher at The Border City Senior High School in Huayuan County, stood out from nearly 2,800 works with his essay "The Gardenia of Grandma Winter Cui" and won the Excellent Work Award, achieving a major breakthrough in the creation of children's literature in Huayuan County.
"Grandma Dongcui's Gardenia" ranked second among the six essays that won the award, and was included in the "2019 Bingxin Children's Literature New Works Award Winning Works Collection", published by Zhejiang Children's Publishing House.
The Bingxin Children's Literature New Composition Award, named after the literary giant Bingxin, belongs to the same Bingxin Award as the Bingxin Children's Book Award and the Bingxin Composition Award. In 1990, it was co-founded by the famous scholar Ms. Lei Jieqiong, the famous writer Ms. Han Suyin and the famous children's literature writer Ms. Ge Cuilin. As an authoritative literary competition in the field of children's literature, the Bingxin Children's Literature New Works Award is held once a year and has been held for 32 times so far.
It is reported that the 2021 Bingxin Children's Literature New Work Award has received more than 900 authors' submissions, with nearly 2,800 manuscripts. After careful selection by the Beijing Jury, 37 award-winning works were finally determined. Among them, there are 4 awards and 33 excellent works awards.
Liu Hongchun, female, Tujia family, post-70s, bachelor degree, senior chinese teacher of Border City Senior High School, member of Hunan Provincial Essay Literature Association, member of Hunan Provincial Teachers and Writers Association, member of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture Writers Association, secretary general of Huayuan County Writers Association. More than 100 works have been published in China Teachers Daily, China Audit News, China Tourism News, Hunan Education, Golden Eagle Newspaper, Love You Teacher Literature, Yunnan Daily, Changsha Evening News, Hunan Essays and other publications at all levels. His work "Mother and Child Book" was selected for the "Family Letter of a Literary Person" compiled by the Hunan Writers Association in 2020, won the nomination award of the second Xie Pu Children's Literature Award in 2021, and the children's essay collection "Petals Scattered in Spring" will be published in 2022.
