NIO officially landed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
On the morning of March 10, NIO officially landed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, opening at HK$160 per share on the first day, and the Hong Kong stock market was worth HK$267.041 billion. According to the announcement, NIO's outstanding common shares are currently 1.669 billion shares, including 1.392 billion class A common shares, 128 million class B common shares, and 149 million class C common shares, all of which should be converted into class A common shares according to the conversion notice submitted by the relevant shareholders after listing.
On February 28, NIO announced that it had passed the hearing of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and obtained the in principle approval for the secondary listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and had issued relevant listing documents. The listing adopts the method of introducing the listing and does not involve the issuance of new shares and the raising of funds.
A few days ago, NIO announced that its delivery results in February were 6131 units, an increase of 9.9% year-on-year. The agreement between China and Cyprus on the exchange of motor vehicle driving licenses came into effect
In May 2021, the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Serbia signed the Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Serbia on the Mutual Recognition and Replacement of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses, realizing that the driving licenses issued by the two countries can be recognized and exchanged without tests. The agreement entered into force on March 13, 2022.
According to the agreement, the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Serbia recognize the valid driver's license issued by the other party, and one party allows persons holding the driver's license of the other country to drive directly within its territory or to exchange for a driver's license without tests. For those who have temporarily entered the territory of the other party for no more than one year, the driver's licenses of the two parties shall be mutually recognized. Those who temporarily enter Serbia can drive directly with their Chinese driver's license and a translated copy without renewing their certificate; those who temporarily enter China may exchange their Serbian driver's license and a translated copy for a temporary driving permit and be exempted from physical examination and examination. For those who have resided in the other country for more than one year, the driving licenses of the two parties are exchanged without tests. Citizens or permanent persons of one party who hold their own driver's license and a translation, as well as a passport, visa or residence permit, can directly exchange the other country's driving license without examination. Mutually recognized and exchanged driver's licenses include small cars and motorcycles.
