New energy models, especially pure electric vehicles, three electric vehicles are the main head of the cost, and the battery system is the heart of new energy vehicles, and its cost accounts for 40%-60% of the cost of new energy vehicles. Therefore, pure trams with high-capacity batteries will be greatly affected by this price increase. For example, Tesla and Xiaopeng have increased by more than 10,000 yuan.
BYD's price increase is not high, one reason is that ATD's current sales of new energy models are relatively good, basically hybrid-based. Although hybrid models also have batteries, the pure electric mileage is mostly within 200 kilometers, and the battery capacity and size are relatively small compared with pure electric models.
Another reason is that BYD produces batteries itself, which is equivalent to supplying batteries to its own models, and it gets the cost price, which also has certain advantages over other car companies that need to buy batteries.
Chery New Energy's price increase this time is not high, which is the same reason. Chery New Energy's best-selling models, such as eQ and eQ2, have a pure electric mileage of up to more than 200 kilometers, and the small ants are also about 300-400 mileage, so the impact of the price increase of battery raw materials will not be so large.
In addition to the battery factor, the impact of chip shortage is also continuing.
