IT Home learned that the R7 5800X3D adopts TSMC 7nm process, Zen3 architecture, 8 cores 16 threads, 3.4-4.5GHz, equipped with 3D V-Cache, level 3 cache reaches 96MB, and the default power consumption is 105W.
