The 64-core 128 thread 5995WX reference frequency is 2.7GHz, the acceleration frequency is 4.5GHz, which is 200-300MHz higher than the previous generation, while the thermal design power consumption is still all maintained at 280W. The flagship PRO 5995WX even surpasses the server-level EPYC 7763, which is also a 64-core 128 thread, but less frequent.
