According to the writing requirements for primary school graduates in the "Compulsory Education English Curriculum Standards (2022 Edition)", "in written expression, they can write a few sentences with coherent meaning around the content of pictures or imitation models". In order to improve students' English language expression skills and develop students' English core literacy, under the guidance of party building, Tianliao Primary School launched the fourth, fifth and sixth grade English short essay competition on May 11.
Before the competition, under the intense preparation of the teachers of each preparation group, short essays with different themes were designed according to the learning conditions of each grade, aiming to guide students to develop good writing habits, standardize English writing, and improve English language integration ability.
Gather sand into a tower, put pen to paper. The purpose of this activity is to provide a stage for students to show themselves, cultivate students' interest in English writing, improve students' ability to express and communicate in English, which is a comprehensive embodiment of students' English literacy and further creates a strong English learning atmosphere.
