Without knowing any information from the other party, he took a plane from Guiyang to Wuhan to obtain fake documents, and then took a car to the Huanggang City Vehicle Management Office to handle the vehicle transfer business, thinking that the 3,000 yuan errand fee at his fingertips was about to arrive, but he did not expect to be recognized by the staff and finally fell into the legal net.
