The 2024 old community renovation project in Dongsheng District has started construction on May 9. In order to make the living environment of residents more comfortable and comfortable, Dongsheng District actively promoted the implementation of various old community renovation projects, and finally determined the implementation of 734 square meters of roads and hardened pavement, 140 meters of power supply and distribution lines, 40 gas supply households, 2 sets of domestic garbage classification, 65 meters of drainage pipe network replacement, 1 set of fire protection, 110 meters of overhead line regularization (into the ground), 1 set of road gates and other projects, with a total planned investment of about 565,100 yuan.

In order to further accelerate the implementation of the "Warmth Project", in 2024, Dongsheng District plans to transform and upgrade 44 communities built before 2000, benefiting 3,770 households. The scope of renovation and new construction includes infrastructure such as "underground three networks", community hardening, domestic waste classification, fire protection, and bicycle sheds. At present, the construction of old residential areas such as the family building of the Ministry of Armed Forces, the family building of Sanwan Elementary School, and the Huamin Community has been started one after another. All renovation projects are scheduled to be completed in November.
